Ugo is the founder of our company. His story started 45 years ago with the production of a truffle liquor. Since then he got fond of this magic tuber and pursued his mission, as a life philosophy.

The noble version of the truffle sauce. The white one is a more precious truffle with an explosive aroma. The sauce is a preparation of our kitchen and bakery with a creamy texture. It bounds together different seasonings and it gives a uniform consistence, enriching flavors.
A pure “carpaccio” of truffle in extra virgin olive oil. The cut and the thin layers make the product more suitable for every kind of preparation. It can be used for garnishing every recipe and for conferring great credibility to each plate. It is an ideal seasoning for main dishes with truffle.
Truffle is a very precious and sophisticated food which grows up naturally in the earth, close to tree roots and which establishes a symbiotic relation with the environment.
Its typical, pervasive and lingering fragrance is strong only when mature to draw wild animals in order to spread the spores inside and to continue the species.
All the truffles we transform are collected in Italy, one of the major producer and exporter of all the species of truffles. In particular the black truffle which grows in Umbria, a land suited for this production. We guarantee the full transparency on origin and quality, as it is written down in every product label.
We enhance and raise in pot the Italian truffle for 40 years. Our experience is connected with every kind of truffle: black truffle, black summer truffle, truffle sauces. Thanks to the chefs we collaborate with, we have designed the recipes of those products, using high quality ingredients.

Italiana Liquori was granted a contribution from the funds "POR FESR Umbria 2014 - 2020 - Axis III - Action 3.4.1 -" NOTICE IN SUPPORT OF INNOVATIVE INVESTMENTS 2019 "- Aid for investments in machinery, plants and tangible assets and accompanying corporate reorganization and restructuring processes. The contribution financed the investment aimed at the acquisition of an innovative plant for the production of pasta that allowed to increase production efficiency and to enter new markets.
