Our pasta factory is located close to Mulini river park, in Torgiano, on the outskirts of Perugia.
Ugo is the founder of our company. His story started 45 years ago with the production of a truffle liquor. Since then he got fond of this magic tuber.
Our gastronomy laboratory produces oil, sauces with vegetables and typical seasoning coming from the old Umbrian and Tuscan recipes.

The contribution financed the investment aimed at the acquisition of an innovative plant for the production of pasta that allowed to increase production efficiency and to enter new markets.
